Michele is a Black woman who grew up in the Midwest and believes in using her voice for good. She is an expert in program development and implementation with over twenty-five years of experience providing services to persons with disabilities, individuals and families experiencing homelessness, low-income communities and populations affected by natural and public health disasters, and refugee resettlement.
