Michele is a Black woman who grew up in the Midwest and believes in using her voice for good. She is an expert in program development and implementation with over twenty-five years of experience providing services to persons with disabilities, individuals and families experiencing homelessness, low-income communities and populations affected by natural and public health disasters, and refugee resettlement.

Calibrate Framework is a joint venture of EIA Collective and OrgCode Consulting. The CALIBRATE Framework optimizes community assessment processes, leveraging local data to streamline decision-making and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to those who need them most.
Critical Technical Assistance Unit
The Critical Technical Assistance Unit (C-tau) is a team focused on supporting housing crisis systems throughout the United States. Over the past 20 years, C-Tau's principles have developed insights and expertise executing rapid systems change. The team is comprised of mission-driven professionals with decades of experience operating steady-state human services and housing program portfolios at the national, state, and local levels.
